Looking after business and individual client reports
•Review, analyze, and evaluate business processes & Status’s in PowerPoint presentation.,
and Its reporting to company managers.
•Evaluate and analyze the company growth rate in Graphs and Charts.
•Summarize and analyze the Factory Production details produced the concerned personals
Gathering, coordinating and preparation of internal and external reports, analyzing and summarizing data and information from the departments.
•Preparing presentation materials for management reports.
•Ensure that program expenses are charged correctly, and if not research and provide reasons for discrepancies
•Evaluate and monitor the performance and efficiency of projects to ensure that project implementation is on target
•Work on overall project planning through reporting on project schedules and deliverable
•Provide support to the Project Manager in planning, managing, and monitoring major projects from concepts through implementation.
•I am a DTC and QC
•DTC means Directive to clients anyone Don’t do QC for my projects
•QC means Quality check for the projects any one operators do a production I will check with QC after that final file will be sent to client
