Work Description:
•Managed and coordinating the team for the successful completion of Zain reload Phase 1, Phase 2 and Phase 3 project in Eastern region.
•Manage and follow the project progress with Implementation team, RF team to get sites On air as per target set by customer for each month
•Mainly working and handling revenue part ( Site Acceptance with customer ) to get achieved as well as of target set . Undertook all monthly project financial cost reporting.
•Share daily progress to customer with highlight of Issue / Risks face by Implementation team and to get solution to resolve .
•Working to award subcon team for each sites, PO issuance and MR delivery to project team .Track with Implementation team till sites activity completed .
•Provide first level technical guidance and to fix the issues during implementation, Integration ..
•Carried out Multidisciplinary experience with various team like PMO, Engineering team, Quality teams etc ..
•Having good customer relationship in order to provide technical solutions, concern and to inquire on time for any process changes ..
•RFC is the main tool to proceed any activity in running project . Also take lead to plan and raise RFC on daily activities .
•Handling and updating project progress to Management in ISDP ( Huawei System ) well on time .
•Guiding Implementation team to make sites quality as per Customer standards.
•Reviewed and approved all project documentation.
Project : ZAIN project.
Work Description:
•Focus and work to achieve the revenue for many running projects as per the Target plan
•Managing and Handling the acceptance for many running projects in Zain.
•Handling the Handover process with MS team and get the site accepted without any OIL’S
•Followed up with whole team to get the work finished and make the site ONAIR.
•Perform quality check for new site and deliver the site as good quality and standard.
•Responsible to get Hardware acceptance and BO approval to make the site ON air for all running projects.
•Manage and closing the acceptance and PAC’s of LTE introduce and LTE 2011 Scope.
•Prepare a weekly plan and send to subcon for new FTK site HO and acceptance and manage the subcon accordingly.
•Managing the subcon to survey the sites prior to start any new site installation for access.
•Approving and signing the Subcon Invoice for the closing projects.
•Dealing with customer for forecast new site acceptance plan and revenue.
•Perform swap from Motorola BTS to Huawei BTS in swap project.
•Handling more than 700+ sites for swap project to make site On-air and Acceptance.
•Perform quality check after swapping Huawei BTS.
•Manage the whole team to make the swap project success.
•Handling PAC’s and PAT’s of swap project and successfully closed the revenue also.
•Installation, Integration and commissioning of Huawei 2G / 3G BTS.
•Responsible for Material request and delivery to the sites in Moto swap and FTK 2011 scope.
Achievements in Huawei Technologies:
•Successfully completed the acceptance and revenue achieved as per target of Moto Swap 2011, FTK 2012 & FTK 2013 project .
•Nominate and Selected as Excellent staff in the month of MAY 2013 at Eastern office.
•Got good performance awarded by Customer for successfully completed Zain reload project Phase 1, Phase 2 and Phase 3 expansion Project in Eastern region as

Work Description:
•Experienced In PRE PAT, PAT (Preliminary Acceptance Test) process.
• Installation, Integration and commissioning of 3G Flexi WCDMA BTS.
•Responsible for Handover the sites to Managed service (Around 200 sites).
•Check the quality of installation, cable routing and Integration.
•Check the commisioning part of each site.
•Troubleshooting of 3G Flexi WCDMA BTS.
•Done the process of SWAP activity (ULTRA to FLEXI) PAT.
•Done the process of PTP to PMP activity PAT and FON (Fiber optic network) activity PAT.
•Done the process of channel element (CE) upgrade and Flexi carrier(F2) upgrade PAT

•Commissioning of Ultra supreme Ultra Mini and Flexi EDGE BTS, Flexi WCDMA
•Integration of BTS 2G/3G NODE B

•Trouble shooting of Flexi EDGE BTS and Ultra Mini BTS
