Project 1: Marsh FedExWeb is a web application for the view, registering the policies and
rating of FedEx contractors, the customer of Marsh. The rating application uses Protectives web services for the renewal rating algorithms. A custom web user Interface has been built that can be invoked from Velocity and able to pull out data required for Work Accident and Workers
Compensation renewals. This application works in two modes, as web application and batch
process. Web application is synchronous and processes one customer at a time. Batch process is
asynchronous process and processes multiple customers at a time. The site had the features like
policy search with different options, view certificates of coverage, exposures and online enrolment of users.
Responsibilities:
• Completely owned the Incident /Problem Management of using ticketing owning systems.
• Coordinating with bug fixing team for problem management and responsible for weekly status updates showing the progress of the support process.
• Involved in Release and deployment in production Servers.
