Warehouse Operation :-
@ Planning, Organizing and Controlling of Warehouse Over all Operations with 20 lack stock, 60 Man power & 200000 sqr Ft wh#.
@ Set Up New Warehouse Lay out, Space Management, Work Organization Chart.
@ Organize all activities & assign jobs accordingly for Staff.
@ Organizing the Recruitment & Training of Staff, as well as Monitoring Staff Performance and Progress.
@ Motivating, Organizing & Encouraging the Team work within the work force to ensure Productivity Targets are met or exceeded.
@ Ensure that work place Health & Safety requirement is met and take responsibilities for the security of the building and stocks.
@ Planning, Coordinating & Monitoring For Receipt New Stk and RTV, Final Checking for Inward Material, Put away Planning, Storage stock with Identification No, QDN Monitoring, Vendor reconciliation .
@ Planning, Coordinating & Monitoring for Allocation, Picking efficiency, Scanning fast, Order follow-up, Retrieval and timely delivery of goods, Shipment loading, Document recording and Data entry into systems.
@ Follow up with Wh Team & Account Dep’t & Ensure to Management Up-to-date all Transaction done through software and maintain all transaction in system on daily basis.
@Supervise for stacking & Storage of Goods (Fresh & Store Return Stock) for picking fast & For Audit stock Physically & System with proper identification.
@ Co Ordination & Follow up with HO all Dep’t, EBO, SIS & LFS, MBO & E Comm Stores for PI, PO, Dispatch, RTV, GRN & Other issues etc.
@ Follow up for Minimum and Maximum label stk for Non Trading stock & Daily consumable Product.
@ Controls Inventories levels by conducting physical counts, reconciling with data storage system on Quarterly.
Logistics Operation :-
@ Negotiation of Rates with common carriers Representative, Contract labor etc.
@ Follow up with Transporter till delivery stock at store or DC.
@ Clear Transporter Bill Against agreement Rate & Resolve issues immediate if found any in Transit.
@ Responsible for all logistics activity for company transaction ( Pickup up stock from vendor to warehouse for Fresh stock delivery, warehouse to stores for regular disp, store to store for IBT, Store to Warehouse for RTV Stock etc ).
Reports :-
@ Preparation Of MIS Report for Inventory, IN/OUT Status Report, Dead Stock Report, Goods Age Report, Consumption Report for Packing, Manpower Status Report, Discrepancy Summary Reconciliation Report for Shortage & Excess, Warehouse Expanses etc.
Accountabilities
•Responsible for Domestic account for Home Furnishing Category Inward & out Ward.
•Making plan for Assortment the stock against Order for Franchisees & LFS & Own store.
•Making Proper system for checking Each & Every Pcs before Final Packing.
•Follow up with Replenishment Team for Delivery Order & updating Order Status & New Arrival.
•Maintaining inventory & keeping stock in warehouse through WMS.
•Follow up with Transporter for Smooth Delivery in all over QATAR.
•Handling all complain related to shortage or Defected Goods & follow up with Account Dep’t for resolving issue.
•Checking and Reconciliation of all vendors bills against GRN Qty and PO Qty.
•Preparation of Reports on Daily, Weekly basis For Receiving, Packing & Dispatch goods & Reporting to Supply chain Head
Responsible for Merchandise arrangement for North Zone & LFS Store.
•Coordinating with Franchisees & Stores for stock requirement.
•Making plan for merchandise for all LFS Store for Monthly basis, arranging all data for Getting PO & ASN.
•Preparation of Sale report on daily basis for all stores and LFS Stores & reporting to Replenishment Head.
•Follow up with Project team and Merchandising team for new store opening and New Arrival.
•Making plan twice in a month for visiting stores & updating stores staff for new arrival and scheme.
