Responsible for Domestic account for Home Furnishing Category Inward & out Ward.
•Making plan for Assortment the stock against Order for Franchisees & LFS & Own store.
•Making Proper system for checking Each & Every Pcs before Final Packing.
•Follow up with Replenishment Team for Delivery Order & updating Order Status & New Arrival.
•Maintaining inventory & keeping stock in warehouse through WMS.
•Follow up with Transporter for Smooth Delivery in all over QATAR.
•Handling all complain related to shortage or Defected Goods & follow up with Account Dep’t for resolving issue.
•Checking and Reconciliation of all vendors bills against GRN Qty and PO Qty.
•Preparation of Reports on Daily, Weekly basis For Receiving, Packing & Dispatch goods & Reporting to Supply chain Head.
@ Motivating, Organizing & Encouraging the Team work within the work force to ensure Productivity Targets met or exceeded.
@ Planning, Coordinating & Monitoring for Allocation, Picking efficiency, Scanning fast, Order follow-up, Retrieval and timely delivery of goods, Shipment loading, Document recording and Data entry into systems
Responsible for Merchandise arrangement for North Zone & LFS Store.
•Coordinating with Franchisees & Stores for stock requirement.
•Making plan for merchandise for all LFS Store for Monthly basis, arranging all data for Getting PO & ASN.
•Preparation of Sale report on daily basis for all stores and LFS Stores & reporting to Replenishment Head.
•Follow up with Project team and Merchandising team for new store opening and New Arrival.
•Making plan twice in a month for visiting stores & updating stores staff for new arrival and scheme.
