Managed the design, installation, commissioning, and upgrade of enterprise level video management systems, access control
systems, key management systems, disabled alarm systems, intercom systems, gate barrier systems in various sectors ranging
from commercial high-rise buildings to corporate headquarters.
• Currently working in Dubai Airport Terminal 1 for the upgradation of existing security systems such as CCTV, Access
control systems to the latest as per DAEP client requirements.
• Currently working with CICPA (Critical Infrastructure and Coastal Protection Authority UAE) which is governed by
the UAE military on the PSIM platform for the integration of security systems such as CCTV, ACS, LPR, UVSS
systems.
• Managed data center level security systems server design, installation, commissioning, and operation.
• Hands-on knowledge of server backup procedure using tools such as Acronis True Image as well as in-built Server Image
Backup service.
• Designed, commissioned, and administered active directory services for projects with large number of servers on Microsoft
Server platform and implemented latest group policies when weak security measures were detected.
• Deep server virtualization knowledge using leading platforms such as VMWare, Hyper-V, Oracle VirtualBox.
• Worked on Video Analytics features as Face-Detection, Face Mask Detection and Social Distancing based on client
requirements.
• Well-versed in providing server support on different vendor platforms such as Dell PowerEdge Series, HPE Superdome, etc.
• Hands-on commissioning knowledge of Storage servers from Dell EMC2, NetApp, QNAP and Fibernetix.
• Applied latest/security standards during configurations of network switches (Layer 1, Layer 2) on various product platforms
such as Cisco, Brocade, Ruckus, Huawei and Allied Telesis for continuous and seem less operation of security systems as per
the customer needs ensuring there are no security vulnerabilities.
• Supervised the installation of ICT/AV systems during the construction phase as well as its inspection approval from the
consultant/local authorities (Etisalat/DU) for project compliance within the specified time frame.
• Managed the team and administrated the job for meeting the requirements of government authorities (SIRA) CCTV systems
approval ensuring easy receiving of TOC from client.
• Experienced in working closely with local police IT divisions for CCTV systems integrations with Police network in Dubai,
Ajman, Fujairah, RAK and UAQ emirates.
• Managed the installation and commissioning of wireless point to point/multipoint solutions from Ruckus Wireless and
Ubiquiti between high rise buildings for transfer of video data of up to 3000+ CCTV cameras due to difficulties in establishing
physical network link connectivity.
• Managed the design, installation and commissioning of CCTV systems, access control systems as well as intercom call buttons
during the installation/construction stage for coordination with civil/MEP/fit-out team for dependency works.
• Created work progress report as well as work schedule for client meeting for forecasting and effective planning for ensuring
project completion and handover to customer within the specified deadline.
• Worked closely with suppliers/ vendors for meeting the requirement as per project specifications and ultimately getting
material submittals approved to proceed with the installation/commissioning activities.
• Well-experienced in working in a control room environment providing the opportunity to work with security personnel/ alarm
monitoring staff for investigation, technical support, troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Maintained a well updated document register showing the current status of the engineering drawings, RFIs, inspection requests
and consultant approvals.
• Well versed in the preparation of engineering calculations/specifications as well as drawings for submission for final
approval/review.
• Deep commissioning knowledge of Ip cameras on hardware as well software level from camera manufacturers such as
Honeywell, Axis, Wisenet, Bosch, Pelco.
