• Handled the 13 member’s business support team.
• To ensure the team is performing the regular activities and providing proper support to commercial sales team.
• Handling the rejection process wherein review all the rejections from consumer credit unit and try to resubmit the case with proper justifications.
• Coordination with consumer credit unit and do discussion with senior underwriters / AVP’s on the rejection cases and will ensure to turn the rejection to approval.
• Ensure to monitor the team members daily performance.
• Ensure the agreed SLA with other units are getting achieved on daily basis.
• Doing the sample checks on authentication of documents being submitted along with loan proposal and call the client to check about the original docs verified by the sales officer.
• Liaising with Consumer credit team & Commercial Operation team for the timely approval and disbursals of loan proposals.
• Assisting the senior group members by providing the various levels of MIS on daily basis.
• Ensure to share the analysis of rejection trend to product team to design the product accordingly.
• Ensure for the thorough knowledge on bank’s consumer credit policy.
