•Gather business requirements, analyze, design bespoke enterprise solutions, implement and support ERP applications.
•Daily monitoring of System Analysis and remediation issues brought to light.
•Daily reconciliation of data between ERP applications.
•Monthly Payroll support and month-end report analyzing.
•Works with ERP Team and Employees to troubleshoot issues in financial, Sales, HR, Payroll, Purchase, Inventory and custom modules of operations in software platforms.
• Application requirements collection, analysis, solution design, development, testing, and Customer training.
• Data analysis, dashboard and report building.
• Development of training material (where required or requested) and where necessary assistance delivering training.
• ERP Systems user access administration and SQL Database administration Works with the Accounting department to perform required month-end processing and year-end processing.
• Any other related assigned duties or tasks from the supervisor.
• Study the requirements of the clients and the specific needs of the business projects.
• Design, develop and implement the GP customization applications, and support onsite implementation in data upload.
• Development of training material and where necessary assistance delivering training.
• Any other related assigned duties or tasks from the supervisor.
• Provide end-user training on GP system with post-deployment support.
• Research on new modules according to customer business.
