Client Description:
Qatar Development Bank (QDB) is a financial entity fully owned by the government, set up by an Emiri Decree to invest in and develop local industries by supporting small and medium enterprises in Qatar.
Activities:
• Implemented new Oracle Dev, Test, BI regions as per the Production.
• Working on TCS Bancs EOD.
• Working on creating daily/monthly reports for QCB (Qatar Central bank)
• Handling IT Support & Help desk calls
• Converted Oracle database from Enterprise Edition to Standard Edition in the part of Oracle License consolidation.
• Consolidated Oracle Databases as per the Oracle standards & Oracle Licenses agreement.
• Implemented Unix Shell scripts for Oracle Database alerting purpose and
Database maintenance purpose.
• Installing the Critical security patch updates on the production, dev databases as recommended by Oracle.
• Successfully implemented 12c Grid Control
• Successfully implemented Standby Databases using Oracle data guard.
• Analyze and troubleshooting database performance by using AWR and ADDM
