• Coordinated activities between accounting, real estate and property management departments
• Preparing reports and PowerPoint slides for meeting as per requirement of management.
• Handling complex negotiation activity of Engineers and procurement details of vendors.
• Co-ordinates with all departments regarding any approval required and maintain all the supporting document of invoice approvals and process the same.

• Maintaining all the finance work and customer credit limit and finalization of accounts and GL entry and provided administrative support for seven-person project management team responsible for the core and construction of downtown office tower (budget of $89 million).
