•Working directly with Product Development and Field/Partner, Sales & Delivery organizations to incubate and help bring to market the next generation of deep technical architectures, solutions and services
•Working on advanced product and solution incubation development well in advance of market availability
•Working on solution design and implementation of VMware vRealize Operations Documentation for VMware customers
•Working on solution design and implementation of VMware vRealize Automation Documentation for VMware customers
•Responsible for conducting workshop to gather requirements and expectation of the customers and then propose/advise a cost effective and latest technology that fulfills customer’s requirement and expectations
•Primary contact for preparing LLD and HLD (Low Level Design and High Level Design) documents
•Responsible for creating runbook that captures the entire implementation steps for providing it to the Client during project completion/handover
•Providing expert technical architectural support and guidance for cloud in the product incubation phase and during the development of emerging solutions and services
•Acting as the knowledge matter expert to deliver technical assistance for field and partner engagements in managing or consulting on Global CoE focus areas regarding initial implementations for emerging solutions and service offerings.
•Developing and maintaining technical and business expertise of cloud industry directions and trends
•Working collaboratively with Product Management and Engineering during the development, launch and continuing refinement of VMware’s products and solutions
•Documenting service toolkits, best practices & architectural references for developing and deploying VMware cloud solutions (including associated management tools - e.g., monitoring, provisioning, security and compliance, and DR)
•Working closely with customers to address concerns and issues encountered in the vCloud environment.
•Provide root cause analysis with appropriate recommendations to improve the customer’s experience with VMware products
