 Developing inspection and test plan for different discipline as per ISO 9001-2000 procedure.
 Implement the QA/QC management system at the site.
 Assuring the Quality control plan will be explained/demonstrate as needed to fulfill the requirements of the Quality.
 Coordinate with Construction Team, Client Project Management, Quality personnel and Project Inspection Team regarding the requirements of Inspection as per ITP.
 Prepare Monthly Quality Management Reports to the client.
 Analyze NCR root causes and propose the corrective and Preventive Measures.
 Assign also as QC inspector for specific inspection activities to ensure that the work load of all QC Inspectors is distributed evenly, so that all activities can be inspected for correctness as per the requirements of ITP.
 Collection and verification and performing their required inspection as per the Requirements of ITP (SATIP, SAIC & SATR)
 Coordinate with quality inspections with all the site sub-contractors and vendors coordinate all nondestructive testing on site
 Review & Approve Construction Quality Records & Inspection results.
 Review/endorse construction drawings.
 Review /approve Construction Material.
 Participate in the site internal and external site audits.
 Coordinate all the quality site inspections through the site QC inspectors.
 Review the customer’s specification and undertake relevant training to the site QC inspector.
 Coordinate with the site construction manager on all quality issues Coordinate and chair the QA/QC site weekly meetings with the projects subcontractor’s QC personnel
 Liaise with 3rd party inspection agencies and calibration agencies
 To ensure that all Projects/Department are manned with QC staff in accordance with client/contract requirement and that QC is in accordance with Company policies and procedures.

JOB OBJECTIVES

• To supervise and manage all Quality Assurance & Control (QA/QC) functions in the workplace and manage a team of Senior QC Engineers, QC Engineers, Welding Inspectors and QC Inspectors for day to day QA/QC functions.

• To be responsible for the preparation and getting client approval of project quality plan and work instructions in accordance with contract specifications and company quality control system requirements.

• To interface and coordinate with clients for production and QC matters and coordinate with third party inspection agencies for all related inspection activities.

• To monitor the project activities for the implementation of the customer and company quality control system requirements and advise the project manager in case of any violation.

Expertise in Inspection of Civil/Structural works of Fadhili Gas Plant ISF Package -7, Package-9 Fadhili communications & security systems. Early works site preparation package-10;Package-12 Fadhili bridge project
•Coordination with Project planning, Engineering, Quality, Safety etc. functional departments for execution and quality of project.
•Responsible for monitoring at site for implement QA/QC procedure by the contractor, checking the materials & work to conform the that everything is as per project standards , scope of work, approved method statement, ITP’s issued for construction drawings (IFC).carried out request for inspection with Saudi Aramco
•Conducting surveillance and inspection duties for civil work as per assigned packages.

•Being the head of the Department looking after design coordination, material approval, Quality control for all Civil &Structural works and all plant infrastructure
•Coordination and technical material approvals for procurement department pertaining Civil & Structural and MEP works
•Coordination work with contractors and consultants regarding all technical and commercial issues
•Leading the team of engineers and monitoring their performance
•Individually handled 250 Million SAR work for Al QARYAN steel company, handled 4000 MT PEB steel Structure erection work.
•Familiar with all SAP systems and application for processing invoices and document management, creation PR’s service entries.
•I can handle any type civil construction works like high rise buildings commercial complexes from with concept and till completion. Including all MEP works like HVAC, plumbing, fire alarm, firefighting lines according to NFPA, civil defense standards

x 300 MW coal based captive power plant civil works for BTG & BOP packages
•I have completed the 22.5 MVA capacity Asia’s Biggest Ferro Alloy Plant consisting 8 electric arc furnaces & allied facilities consisting of main furnace building, continuous casting machines, Gas conditioning plant, Raw material Yard, finished product processing yard, Slag granulation plant with allied office facilities.
•Looking after area grading, boundary wall, batching plant activities, and site infrastructures facilities like roads as per the layout drawings.
•Inspecting the formworks of the equipment’s foundations as per the drawing.

•Steel melting shop Civil and structural works and wire rid mill -2 for 6.3 MTPA expansions for Visakhapatnam steel plant

•Worked as a front line Engineer in the civil construction activities for a 6.3 million-ton Expansion. Handled an individual area for the Construction activities for civil &structural works
•Piling experience in bored & cast-in -situ piles by conventional method, Hydraulic rigs(OR) Rotary rigs and testing methods for piles Routine vertical load test, Lateral, Pullout tests and Integrity testing as per Indian Standards for dia for-1200, 1000, 600mm
•My main responsibilities inspection of equipment’s’ foundations L.D Converter, CCM, casting platforms, turret, ID fan foundations, control rooms, water system package cooling towers, RCC sludge tanks, Thickeners, RCPH, MCC control rooms

•From concept to completion all civil & structural, equipment foundations and auxiliary buildings and infrastructure works from engineering coordination to complete construction of the project.
•My key strengths in construction design coordination & correspondence construction supervision for execution and quality control, Pre-engineered buildings design coordination with respective process requirements, EOT cranes erection etc.
•In this project I was keenly involved Power house building, Turbo generator, Boiler foundations, Coal bunker foundations
•220 meter height R.C.C Chimney with multi flue with a .construction methodology tapered slip form technique.
•Preparing daily progress report and submitting the same to client on daily basis.
