Onboarding new clients, fixing up meetings, maintaining CEO calendar, preparing inhouse reports, providing a weekly report of teams to the management, arranging
travels for the CEO. Arranging problem solving sessions with new product in the
market and understanding customer needs
Collect service charges from the owners of the residence. Handle queries related to
legal charges levied on owners. Organize annual meet and record permitted parking
services
As a Front office manager, my main role was to manage and supervise a team of
operations executives to successfully register the applicants for medical screening
as per Kuwait Medical Guidelines. Skills acquired - Process management, Team
