Key
• Evaluation, internal and external audits with local or international authorities and securing major approvals for the
company.
• Maintain and improve the operational performance of the function to meet the requirements of applicable regulatory
authorities, company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and external and internal customers with respect to
quality, service, lead time, and cost.
• Use state-of-the art technology tools to make Quality Assurance robust and efficient.
• Establishing world-class and comprehensive quality assurance systems and processes across sites.
• Ensure a high level of collaboration with external partner groups e.g., Key customer and functional teams inclusive of
Innovation, operations, business creation to meet joint accountabilities
• To set up the QMS and procedure for the organization and ensure regular review CQA audits &vendor audits.
• Ensure Customer satisfaction through effective and prompt resolution of quality-related issues.
• Key member of Pre-Safety Start-up Review (PSSR), Job Safety Analysis (JSA)committee & Factory Operations Team
• Cultivate a culture of high performance and strengthen employee engagement.
• Directing continual up -gradation of product quality improvement in adherence with world-class standards and
product compliance as per the specifications prior to dispatch to customers
• Ensuring that the Quality department meets or improves on budget, cost, volume, and efficiency targets (KPIs) as
per business objectives.
• Work closely with the Site Head of Conversion, Plant Head and Business Creation team to set up process strategy in
line with organization strategy and achieve organizational objectives Implementing and maintaining a Quality Risk
Management system to ensure that risks are adequately controlled in accordance with current requirements
• Conducting internal audits periodically to assess the status of the deployment of systems and taking corrective
measures for achieving organizational objectives and goals
• Well versed with calibration and usage of the latest quality analysis instruments like Color/Tinto meter
Dynafil-M, Uster Tester, Tensorapid, Automatic IV bath, GLC, HPLC, FTIR, KF, ICP, PSD-Malvern, ICP,
Polarimeter, Auto-Analyzer, Ion Chromatography, Flam Photometer, Auto- Analyzer, UV-Vis
Spectrophotometer etc.
