• Working on the ECI NMS which include alarm monitoring, configuration and provisioning of the circuit.
• Node creation of all the type of the MUX in ECI which include BG20 and BG30 in NMS.
• Planning preventive maintenance schedules of Telecom equipments (Optical & MW) for increasing the equipment reliability, across Bihar Circle.
• Providing technical support/guidance to ZTMs/FLEs across Bihar Circle in trouble shooting and O&M of Optical NEs/OFC routes, MW routes.
• Ensuring highest quality I&C standards at all MW links to ensure maximum network uptime, post RFR.
• Node insertion of STM-1, STM-4, STM-16 and STM-64 rate.
• Configuration of the Ethernet trail and provision it which includes VLAN Definition COS definition, VSI connection and defining policing through BG.
• Doing up gradation from STM-1 to STM-4 and loop splitting activity.
• Working on NEC NMS & CERAGON NMS visibility and also doing NEC & CERAGON fault rectification with the right coordination with the field engineers.
• Taking regular backups and schedule automatic backups for Servers.
• Managing DCN connectivity of Network and successful execution of networks plan activities.
• Managing DCN and IP plan provided by ECI, CERAGON & NEC.
• Contribution in planning & optimization of network as per requirements for better performance.
• Synchronization planning of the network.
• Providing plan for DCN connectivity of ECI and NEC nodes and execute it.
• Shifting of live cell sites from PDH to SDH.
• Continuous follow-up and liesening with vendors for O&M and project work
• E1-Rerouting on different sdh equipment using ECI, HUAWEI, FIBCOM, CERAGON, IP-10, IP-20 & FHY
