interior designing course completed on 1997 & started working on the same year, from on wards i implement my carrier & gone to execution of projects. My creativity & the expectise doing so, my strength is my team i refer drawings any changes in the drawing informed to Architect / client. Making floor marking & start execute the work. Labour contract finalization, bill checking, execution of work, work shedule, mobilization of materials, attending meeting at sites & complete the work in time frame. My way of dealing with conflicts is to discuss, derive, convince & seetle the matter / issue to the satisfaction of all concerned for smooth progress of the work. Offers of more projects, speaks volumes of my best work of my past projects completed to the satisfaction of the clients. While discussing the potential project execution with architect / client, i had to use my knowledge, experience & presentation skills to convince the potential customers, architects & superiors the Pros & Cons to execute the project economically & on time shedule with high standards.
