• Attending wholesale customer in the shop
• Attending wholesale customers in the local Market
• Following up with the customers for repeat orders or pending payments
• Keeping track of the customer’s demands and requirements.
• Informing Authority for the same requirement for future purchases.
• Taking feedback from customers about the quality of the goods.
• Handling cash in the shop
• Making Weekly and Monthly Sales reports and submit to Accounts dept
• Reporting to the General Manager (Intl. Sales)
• Leading a team of 15 people to get the daily works of warehouse done properly
• Managing three warehouses simultaniously
• Maintaining Stock details on daily basis in microsoft Excel
• Making reports of received goods (container wise) and returned goods
• Making GRV (Goods return voucher) and GRN ( Goods receive Note)
• Making a note of phone calls of customers relating to repair collections
• Responsible for following up the colletion of repairs and delivary of same after repairs.
• Paying suppliers who bring metal scrap.
• Making reports of daily purchase, expenses and stock in Microsoft Excel.
• Taking care of goods loading in the containers in the yard.
• Handling labourers of the yard for any work problem, claims and small work accidents.
• Buying metal scrap material from suppliers, fixing price with them and keep them in touch on daily basis.
• Also handling Service related activities such as Electriciy dept, Telecomunication dept, police dept, Human rights etc.
• Paying suppliers who bring metal scrap.
• Making reports of daily purchase, expenses and stock in Microsoft Excel.

Handling stocks of Flavoured soft drinks and planning prodution for the same according to the stock in the warehouse.
Handling 07 Nos of salesmen, loading and prepairing their vehicles for the sales, settelling their accounts after sales keeping an eye on good customer’s transactions.
Responsible for fixing tragets for the salesmen and motivating them to achieve their sales target.
Making daily cash and stock reports in microsoft excel.
Handling accounts of the the credit cutomers and follow up with the concerned salesman for recovery
