On behalf of company for monitoring, controlling and verification Feed Project for mechanical and piping design scope.
Key responsibility;
• Review, and verify project design feed PFD, P&ID, Heat material balance, mechanical design basic, material selection study, process design, project management scope, review cost estimation, schedule project, data sheet, specification, design studies, technical BID Evaluation etc.
• Review and verify design of static equipment including thickness and selection equipment sizing with minimal process data and perform Basic Engineering in accordance with the relevant latest codes & standards and specification such as Pressure Vessel, Oil Storage Tank, Raw Water Tank, Heat Exchanger etc.
• Review and verification design of rotating equipment and mechanical package in accordance with latest Codes, Standards and specification such as Instrument/ Utility Air compressed, Gas Engine Generator and Emergency Diesel Generator, Air Cooled Heat Exchanger, chemical Injection Package, Pedestal Crane, Water treatment system, Produce Water Treatment System, TEG Dehydration System, Fuel Gas System, Vent and Flare System, Oil Transfer System, Fire Fighting System, etc.
• Review, and selection for piping design, material selection study, specification, MTO, plant 3D platform, PDMS, piping layout, isometric, stress analysis, corrosion monitoring system in accordance with latest codes and standards and specification.
• Participant in HAZOP, HAZID, ENVID, QRA, PRA, FERA, SIL, ALARP for feed project.
• Coordinate with the project engineering team and resolve engineering issues. Interface with consultant, vendor about engineering or progress during FEED-Project development.
• Develop concept for operating and maintenance philosophy, pre-commissioning, commissioning and Start-up philosophy, operation readiness, and related project management documents etc.
• Preparation document for bidding in the execution stage.
Matindok Gas Development Project - Gas Production Facility Plant 60 mmscfd (ONSHORE), PT PERTAMINA EP.

• Reviewed and approved SOW (Scope of Work), RAM (Reliability Availability Maintainability), HAZOP and HAZID.
• Coordination and meeting interface with Engineering discipline, Owner, EPC company, and Vendor specialist package.
• Inspection and witness for testing Hydro test, FAT to Manufacture at local workshop facility or abroad.
• Monitoring and controlling project construction at CPP Donggi Plant site.
• Inspection receiving material and equipment of packages, API tank, mechanical rotating and static equipment.
• Inspection and witness process construction on site. Erection of tank, installation rotating and static equipment include a pump, compressor, mechanical packages, heat exchanger, vessel, scrubber, filter, internal parts, Gas Turbine Generator package, Hot oil heater, API tank etc.
• Witness Pre-commissioning activities for a package such as start-up of mechanical rotating, box up for static equipment, before handover to commissioning team.
• Supporting commissioning stage, and hand over the plant to operation from EPC contractor to the owner.
• Basic design detail feed licensor for package AGRU and BSRU at JACOBS (SHELL) engineer Leiden City Holland for 1 month.
• FAT for API Pump at SULZER Pump Mexico City Central of America.
