Job Responsibilities:
Pre-recruitment:
•Responsible for full life - cycle of recruitment for all verticals in Non - IT & IT.
•Under standing the Clients requirement & customize the search accordingly.
•Handling recruitment through In-house database system that track candidates by resume skills
•& Internet job postings /Portals & Employee Referrals, networking, and headhunting.
•Generating interest in the candidates’ about the job opening.
•Scrutinizing & short listing resumes based on client’s requirement.
•Brief the candidates about the company & basic training about profile & interview procedure in close coordination with the client.
•Interviewing candidates at initial level.
•Maintaining database/trackers
Post Recruitment:
Salary negotiation with the clients and candidates. Follow up with the offered candidate till the joining date.
Client Interaction and meeting:
•Interaction with the clients for providing end to end staffing solutions.
•Ensuring that commitments are met on time
Team management:
•Handling a team of 8 recruiters
•Motivating & assisting the subordinates in making a quality sourcing
•Mentoring them to achieve the desired targets
•Handling internal recruitment process
•Team monitoring and assessment
•Responsible for New Employee Induction Training Programme which involved inducting Employees about Company’s policies, guidelines, work culture, organization structure and employee’s portal
