•Handled the sourcing of candidates via. the job boards, internal database and references.

•Following-up with the candidates to keep them Active & Available for Pre On-boarding and Post On-boarding procedures.
•As a senior member of the team, responsible for guiding team members, re validating their profiles and taking care of Delivery as well. & Handling a Team.
•Ensuring fast response time to client’s needs and requests & maintaining a strong network across for contractual as well Permanent assignments.
•Convincing the candidates on the respective offers, terms and conditions of the firm. Maintaining healthy HR relationships with candidates.
•Working exclusively for Week end drives and line up the candidates according to the clients expectations and Coordinating client interviews at drives.
•Attending the client meetings for discussing about the niche requirements with technical panels and hiring managers.
•Follow-ups with the candidate on offer made and date of joining.
•Targeting the various colleges’ placement cell, training institutes & convinces them to share the database.
•Responsible for preparing Daily Productivity Reports, database trackers and Onboarding report, interview schedule tracker.

•Handling a team of 8 recruiters
•Motivating & assisting the subordinates in making a quality sourcing
•Mentoring them to achieve the desired targets

•Responsible for New Employee Induction Training Programme which involved inducting Employees about Company’s policies, guidelines, work culture, organization structure and employee’s portal
