Project: NICSI IDC
I was accountable for supervision of testing of electrical equipment. PPM schedules for generating
monthly details, ensuring proper operations with timely renewals of AMC and modifiable the
critical equipment like UPS and In-row Air Condition (CRAC/CRAH) through Building
Management system Software.
My functionalities include as follow; development and execution of procedures and schedules for
installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance operations for various equipment like
overall electrical utilities, UPS (80 KVA, APC Make), Diesel Generators (1010 KVA, Supernova
Make). Also Distribution Transformer (1MVA, R&C), Battery Banks (APC Make), ATS (APC
Make), Precession ACs (APC Make), LT Panels, ACBs, VCBs, Comfort Air Conditioners (Blue
Star), BMS (Honeywell), Earthling System, Light & Power Wiring and Server & Switches, DG Sets
UPS, CCTV, Access Control, FM-200 and Fire Alarm System and Electrical Panels.
Proactively identifying areas of obstruction/breakdowns by conducting failure analysis and
taking steps to rectify the same through application of trouble shooting tools.
Initiating, implementing and manages the plant maintenance program based on best practices in
the product industry, with an emphasis on planning/scheduling and preventive/predictive
maintenance.
Monitoring the use and inventories of spare parts, maintenance supplies, and equipment and
initiates reordering when necessary along with preparing reports, analyzes data, and makes
recommendations for improving plant
Ensuring that the maintenance technicians are adequately trained, equipped, and motivated so
that the maintenance program can be accomplished in a safe, timely, and cost-effective manner.
Communicating with all maintenance technicians, both individually and as a group, to ensure
good two-way communication concerning maintenance issues.
Responsible for maintaining safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures while
directing, maintaining, and enforces the safety program for the maintenance department reviews
safety records to uphold standards of maximum safety for all maintenance technicians
Accountable for conducting quality aspects analysis, safety control and implemented strict
adherence to safety measures & techniques, defects prevention and quality planning.
