Joined in Corporate Delivery Assurance Group for doing Project Facilitation, Audits, Risk Assessments for key Projects and Proposals and reporting organizational level Metrics Dashboards. The major roles and responsibilities during the assignment are given below:
 Conducting Gap analysis of existing process vis-à-vis desired model/standard
 Defining the process along with key operating procedures, templates and guidelines
 Imparting professional process specific training to the new recruits and for the new frameworks
 Doing facilitation on organization tools adoption and for improving health of projects
 Assessing the Contractual documents for high potential new clients for Due Diligence review
 Conducting internal audits of projects and logging the findings in an audit tool
 Reviewing the RCA and CAPA taken by the project teams to close the findings
 Doing Risk assessments of focus projects through checklist based assessment instrument
 Publishing of various organization Metrics, Dashboards and Scorecards along with performance trends
 Tracking the customer satisfaction at organization level through surveys from initiation to closure
 Identifying process improvement opportunities and implementing KAIZEN projects
