• Worked on day to day issues related to Linux/AIX and VMware issues.
• Supported the VMware ESXi 5.5/6 present in the environment by installing, configuring and maintenance of hosted VMware products, managing tasks, events and alarms in the clients VMware environment.

• Post confirmation from Assets owners on Test systems, Schedule implementation of patch and patch rollout in productions.
• Periodic Reports generation from Patch Management Infrastructure as per available product feature.
• Make sure that the maintenance window allows for the recovery process if required.
• Report Preparation.
• Analyzing the performance of all the Linux servers to identify memory, disk I/O and network problem.
• Flights’ check-in, baggage and booking data testing.
• Experience on L2 application support, manual testing, process implementation, client handling and Reporting
• Application testing for airlines' APP, PNR & DCS data.
• Tools using JIRA for logging incidents and CA Servicedesk trillium.
• Apache Server (Using Multiple Apache Module)
• Coordinating with team, help desk & other support teams in case of Escalations from customer.
• Logs & Resource Monitoring via shell-scripting on all Unix & Linux Servers.
