• Director the (Alsulai) administrative center project and
follow the progress of the business and weekly regular
meeting with the consultants and contractor and review
budgets and make recommendations thereon.
• Review Team presidency designs for (16) road projects
and provide technical advice and administrative for the
engineers and study some of the contractual issues and
make the necessary recommendations.
• The presidency of the team in charge to follow up the
implementation of contracts for consultants and discuss
performing work of contractors in implementation and
provide recommendations.
• Participate in Review (engineering procedures) and
(manual procedures) proposed applied the automated
management system implementation and supervision
and follow-up plan implementation of an automated
system to train engineers on the system.
• Participate in define consultants contractual obligations
and modify the evaluation criteria for the performance
of consultants and the adoption of CVs for technical
crews of the consultants in charge of overseeing the
management contracts for implementation.
• Participate in reviews of contracts and compliance with
the Regulations of the government procurement system
through the team in charge and make necessary
adjustments.
