• Manage event participation, organization & provide framework for planning, timeline, participation
• Lead labor diplomacy participating in foreign affairs meetings & aligning w. domestic & int. stakeholders

• Monitor execution of roadmaps by functional teams & administer annual evaluation of existing Memberships and Accreditations.
• Coordinate with functional teams to expand and improve interaction with membership organizations
Interim General Secretary, (Global Advisory Board for H.E. The Minister)
• Support Deputy Minister in ensuring momentum, adequate pre/post GAB meeting preparation and normal execution of Board meetings
• Ensure all logistical operation for the Board members, the Chairman and Deputy chairman: communication material, pre/post-meeting documentation, scheduling, focal point for questions, travel arrangements, etc.
• Manage the content development for the Board meetings with the topic experts and other MoL stakeholders
• Manage on & off boarding of Board members
• Oversee individual projects and react to changes in Ministry Strategy.
