• Ensure that NBAD’s top clients get excellent operational support.
• To be the single point of contact for all transactions over 5 million AED.
• To provide senior management and stakeholders with reporting on a monthly basis.
• To assist with any non-business as usual requests for NBAD’s top clients.
• To coordinate with other areas within the bank to ensure that information captured within the audit.
• To ensure that there are no operational errors or issues for NBAD’s top clients
• Produce monthly updates to all stakeholders.

• Work with various stakeholders and clients to improve service provided to top clients.
• Work with other areas of the bank to ensure that all transactions are processed, confirmed and settled correctly with no errors.
• To be the subject matter expert on the support of the top clients.
