Take care of GL accounts, monthly accounting cycle closing, prepare financial statement, Analyzing Insurance sector and managing accounting staff.
-Approve all payments.
-Managing cash and prepared monthly cash forecast.
-Assist in developing people, in setting performance targets and objectives and Participate in the development of the section.
-Participate in the implementation and transformation of policies, procedures, goals and plans into medium- and short-term plans to ensure internal work development and productivity increase.
-Others such as ( controlling down payment, L/C, controlling some of GL and Intermediate Accounts)
-Budget preparation, Analyzing budget variances and Managing Budget.
-Financial Analyses.
- Financial statement preparation.
-Analyzing Cost centers & Profit Centers.
-Coordination of Monthly account closing.
-Interacting with external Auditors and working with manufacturing team.

SABCAT Project( Convert existing Factory under SABIC Holding to Subsidy company) :
-Prepared SABCAT financial statement before setup SAP system.
-Establishing finance department for SABCAT project.
-Mapping cost centers& Profit Centers.
-Mapping cost allocation.
-AR, AP and reconciliation.
-Analyzing employee Accounts
-Bank reconciliation.
-Petty cash.
-Reports and process account Payable / Receivable.
-Monitor and maintain Payroll
