• Built a Saudization strategy with all stakeholders in Line 6 to attract, train and retain Saudi talents.

- Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
- Avoids legal challenges by understanding current legislation, enforcing regulations with managers, recommending new
procedures and strategies.

researching. Planned and developed recruitment policies, procedures and strategies in collaboration with other
