Madi International is a retail company that you could find at GCC region, Saudi Arabia one of its branch. The main division is selling a beauty product and project. Madi owns international famous brand which keeps her reputation with clients and bet the competitors by its continuing success.My essential tasks are:

Government Relationship:
- Manage GOSI, MOL, TAQAT and MUQEEM user.
- Responsible to attached WPS, Accept and send request for a new sponsor.
- Change profession from MOL.
- Apply for new VISA and delegation it from ENJAZ.
- Present company at the labor office and other GOV department.
- Mange Saudization file and keep company percentage aligned with labor office.
- Acting as Country HR Generalist.

Employee Relations:
- Facilitate employees need and manage ER system.
- Adding/removing employee from medical insurance system.
- Follow and apply employees' claim to a broker to bring rights to employees.
- Respond to any enquirers regarding to employee EOS.
- Implement and follow company’ police.
- Write penalty letter after investigating cases.
- Responsible to update employee’ profile.
- Assist Country HR Generalist with all things related to job contract and company' policy.

Recruitment:
- Post vacant jobs.
- Developing a pool of qualified candidates through various resources.
- Short list CVs and do phone screen.
- Invite appropriate candidate for interview.
- Conducting interviews with applicants.
- Coordinate with other department to let the line manager meet interviewer.
- Prepare job offers and contracts.
- Prepare welcoming letter and email for new joiners.
- Prepare induction program a tour for new joiners and let him/her meet the executive management and direct manager.
- Make exit interview and share with the management points.
- Update manpower plan.
- Assist Country HR Generalist to do staff cost and update it monthly.

Compensation & benefit:
- Assist Country HR Generalist to evaluate employees with their line manager.
- Create monthly motivation program.
Training & Developing:
- Plan with management right courses for employees.
- Build a relationship with local and international training center.
- Evaluate and assess employees after getting the planned program.

Admin:
- Support company to finish important and urgent tasks.
- Negotiate with third party to bring final and excellent offer.
- Communicate with the lawyer office for any problems against company.
- Supervise HR Coordinator& PRO team.

In this position, I am responsible to meet a candidate who still in his first year in college to determine their plans and goal objectives for a future career. - Responsible to coordinate field trip to visit different sites.
- Write monthly reports to my line manager.
- Lead and manage career events.
- Lead the center which I work at and take action as needed.

- Adding to client satisfaction by providing details related to routes or changing tickets for my clients' books at clients' request.

- Allow purchases of reservations through ATM, Visa, etc.
- To show loyalty to my Company I responded and documented all requests and compliments and provided this to my manager.
- I personally like to keep track of all clients when they have problems with another representative who cannot provide acceptable service in order to maintain a good reputation for my company's priorities. The Company wanted to make our clients feel comfortable with our services.
- I trained new employees for the quality of services and the specific program used by my Company.
- I worked closely with management on cases that could be difficult to problem solve.

Although flexibility was valued at my company I should worked whenever they needed me. I worked the shift system which created fast movement in my career. Also, some things I am proud of was achieving satisfaction to my clients for the customer services that I provided for my clients. I gained a lot of friendship in The company and still communicate and keep in touch with them now
