Design and develop forms and instructions to evaluate, assess, and report quality standards and data.
●
Regular inspections of construction sites, materials, and equipment to ensure compliance with quality standards.
●
Supervise all test inspection to ensure that the work is done as per the MS and ITP.
●
Prepare and review Inspection request forms (IRs, MIRs).
●
Prepare internal NCR, QOR to document non-compliant works of the site team or subcontractors.
●
Rectify and close consultant observations & NCRs.
●
Provide and prepare daily/weekly quality logs and reports.
●
Review all materials at site and ensure compliance to all project specifications.
●
Monitor, review, and coordinate site inspection and testing with consultant and 3rd parties.
●
Provide monthly detailed reports for quality management.
