In my role as Projects Manager, I lead the General Administration of Projects within the University College Complex in Unayzah, managing architectural projects with a focus on design excellence, technical proficiency, and collaborative teamwork. I oversee project lifecycles, budgets, and stakeholder interactions to deliver high-quality, compliant solutions.
During my time at Qassim University and involvement in impactful infrastructure projects within esteemed academic communities, I honed a strong base of knowledge and skills. However, my desire to fully engage in design, modeling, and 3D rendering remained unfulfilled. It was through collaborating with discerning clients, particularly affluent individuals seeking top-notch home and investment designs across Saudi Arabia, that I found my true calling. Over nearly fifteen years, I've built a solid reputation for delivering imaginative and innovative architectural solutions, leading to the successful completion of numerous residential and commercial ventures.
As an Architectural Project Manager during the peak of my expertise, I led the design, development, and material selection for high-excellence projects, including a hospital medical city with 700+ beds, 290+ faculty villas in the main campus, and comprehensive urban planning. Additionally, I actively engaged in business analysis, process improvement, and vendor management, leveraging these skills to optimize project workflows and budgets.
During this period, I served as an architect with a diverse skill set, excelling in design, process improvement, vendor management, architectural and sustainable design, as well as the production of drawings and submittals-dedicated to bringing organizational visions to life.
As a Site Engineer, I supervised foremen and workers, demonstrating the ability to thrive under pressure by effectively guiding teams through challenging terrain.
In a brief timeframe, I served as an assistant engineer on the Medical Tower project at King Saud Medical City, collaborating with a team of highly skilled engineers.
