Managing projects that related to fire system and safety requirement. Scoping, designing and reviewing the projects with designing team and looking for appropriate contractors for project execution. Coordinate with all project stakeholders during the execution and supervising the contractor at the site along with QA/QC and HSE to handover the completed project as per KAUST Standards.
Key Responsibility:
• Managing projects that related to Fire and safety.
• Modest experience in Civil, Electrical and Mechanical projects
• Working with Engineering Team to review the project scope and design to ensure it's meet the standards and project requirements.
• Working with M&O and HSE to develop buildings, labs and warehouse by enhancing the fire system and safety requirement as per KAUST, NFPA and IFC standards
• Participate with Procurement Department as project lead in bidding process for new project.
• Create a Job-ex for new projects with bidders.
• Follow the ongoing projects physically at the site and follow up with contractors.
• Update the project's timeline and progress weekly to higher management with report.
• Do commissioning and testing for completed projects and handover to M&O Department.
• Confirm reliability of deliverable by designing and conducting tests.
• Create a project risk assessment table, and safety policies. In addition, site inspection to solve any violation during execution.
I jointed YASREF from Jun 2015 - Aug 2015 to complete my internship course. I learn a lot because it was my first job on site in workplace. I worked with highly experience colleagues in fire and safety department. I attended multiple fire pump test for fire fighting system that support the tanks in the site. I attended multiple fire fighting system and hydrants inspection. solved some leakage issues.
