• Conducting inspection and ensuring compliance with project specification and Saudi
Aramco specifications.
• Supervising concrete pouring, soil compaction and material testing
• Conducting visits so as to determine the scope of work and observing the quality of site
work.
• Coordination of all project activities with the Project manager and Quality team.
• Reporting on Quality status to QC Manager. Preparing MIRs, RFI, MAR, INCR, ITP, and
reports.
• Responsible for the management of the site quality.
• Ensuring adherence to international codes and quality standards.
• Performing any other task assigned by the manager.

• Monitoring and observing the quality of site work.
• Supervise concrete pouring, rebar installation, excavation, and finishing works.
• Conduct quality tests for concrete, soil, and other construction materials.
• Prepare and maintain inspection reports and documentation.
• Coordinate with the contractor, consultant, and client for inspections and approvals.
• Inspect and ensure all civil works meet project specifications and quality standards.
• Preparing MIRs, NCRs, RFI reports.
• Responsible for the management of the site quality.
Duties & Responsibility:
• Perform regular, detailed site inspections of civil construction activities, including earthwork,
foundations, formwork, rebar installation, concrete pouring (slump and temperature checks), masonry,
and asphalt paving, to verify compliance with approved plans and IFC drawings.
• Guarantee full implementation of Saudi Aramco Engineering Standards (SAES), standard inspection
procedures (SATIP), and inspection checklists (SAIC), as well as international codes such as ACI, ASTM,
and AASHTO.
• Oversee the quality of incoming materials through receiving inspections and witness/conduct various
field and laboratory tests (e.g., concrete cylinder sampling/strength tests, soil compaction/FDT, asphalt
core testing).
• Prepare and manage comprehensive quality documentation, including Inspection Test Plans (ITPs),
Material Approval Requests (MARs), daily inspection reports, surveillance reports, and punch lists.
• Identify and document non-conforming work by issuing Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs),
coordinating with the construction team and client for corrective actions, and verifying their effective
closure.
• Liaise and coordinate with project managers, site engineers, subcontractors, and client representatives for
joint inspections and to resolve quality-related issues and site queries.
