* Building, maintaining and enhancing relationship with clients to develop long term satisfaction.

•Establish and maintain good customer relations.
•Ensure that time spent is utilized to the maximum benefit of the Company.
•In conjunction with the credit advisors, ensure that financial arrangements are made for all customers, in line with company policy, requiring extended credit.
•Actively assist all Salesmen in the closing of retail and fleet business.
•Carry out, on a regular basis, the survey of competitors' activities and report
to Sales Managers on campaigns, pricing and stock situation.
•Assist actively and make a real success of such launches/campaigns run by the Company to promote our products from time to time.
•Average call rate per day not to be less than 5 and total coverage for the month is not less than 95% of predetermined calls.
•Make daily Call Reports giving full details of calls made, including competitive information and prospective sales leads.
