-Structure Trade Finance.
-Negotiate and agree commercial terms with corporate customers. Understand the requirement of clients and structure the deal.
-Responsible for New Business Acquisitions and managing a corporate portfolio.
-Marketing of Company product.
-Prepare and manage complete set of trade finance documents for every single deal.
-Prepare and execute sales-purchase contracts.
-Liaising with Banks and other financial instructions for distributions and followups.
-Adhere to timely execution of each transaction with proper documents checking and filing.
-MIS Reporting.
*Arranging confirmation and discounting of Letter of Credits for corporate clients.
* Arranging funding against SBLC and refinancing of LCs for corporate clients.
* Arranging funding for secondary market transaction proposed by and between Banks and Forfeiting Institutions.
* Arranging syndication for large value LC transaction with leading bank.
* Arranging RMA between banks for smoother completion of Letter of Credit transaction.
* Reviewing Letter of Credit terms and condition and advising changes or amendments.
* Liaison with banks on L/C transactions and finalizing pricing to meet the client expectation.
* Liaison with bankers and clients for smoother execution of all LC/ SBLC/ Refinancing/ Buyers
Credit and Secondary market transactions.
* Preparing daily MIS report to meet the management expectation.
* Follow up with banks for maturity payment of the Letter of Credit.
* To build and maintain the relationship with corporate clients and banks across global.
* Preparing documents for corporate clients for compliant presentation under Letter of Credit.
* Any other task that Management may assign.
* Maintaining good relationship with clients and banks.
* Identifying new banks to explore and expand our business and Maintaing good relationship with
them to explore new business opportunity.
* Marketing of Trade Finance Products.
Worked as a Business Development Executive for more than 6 Month on a project based job while studying.

market requirements.
