1. Review and amend workflows and determine inefficiencies in current processes for all departments.
2. Design workflows for new processes in the Company.
3. Define business automation requirements and recommend solutions, technical specifications and
suitable suppliers.
4. Responsible for successful delivery of automation projects, monitoring outsourced contractors and providing functional support during implementation of the projects.
5. Obtain and analyze feedback on the effectiveness of the new systems.
6. Research, review and assess suitability of vendors and provide recommendations for best options based on cost, technical specifications and efficiency measures.
6. Arrange for, and participate in training employees on new solutions and systems.
Responsible for the analysis of system processes, business requirements and communication workflows for clients and the organization with the aim of defining current problems, developing efficient solutions and automation processes for efficient operation.
