Acting as the first point of contact for Human Resources.
Maintaining & updating all HR databases & reports like Employee Headcount, Reports of
Employees.
Have experience and knowledge in sub - contractor agreement forms
Handling all kinds of employee’s queries and complaints.
Update and maintain payroll records through close monitoring of changes in salary schedules and follow-up with site HR coordinators
Managing job application forms and letters.
In charge of all recruitment, selection and induction activity for both Manual and Non Manual staff.
Responsible & keeping track of employee important documents.
Liaise with various departments on HR related issues and coordinate with Head HR manager on day to day activities.
Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
Assist and coordinate employee recruitment process, as appropriate, ensuring search documentation is accurate, consistent and complete.
Maintenance of Employee educational documents, performance records and disciplinary action.
Record data for each employee’s daily work-sites update in Employee’s Work History file in the system.
Coordination with Passport and Residency department to apply the visa & Making Medical Appointment, Finger Print Schedule, Exit Permit & Iqama.
Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process
Arrange payment for all invoices of HR Dept as per existing required procedures.
Provides administrative support in the preparation of correspondence, reports, schedules, confidential materials and various employee issues.
Develop and implement new HR forms, Templates, Procedures including the drive to standardization across the business.
Arranging employees Trade Test preparation & Mobilization, Arranging necessary documents & verifying regarding tests, and other pertinent information.
Recruiting staff and employee, Short listing resume and application.
• Developing and issuing educational content including notes, tests, and assignments.
• Supervising classes to ensure all students are learning in a safe and productive environment.
• Organizing supplies and resources for lectures and presentations.
• Delivering personalized instruction to each student by encouraging interactive learning.
• Planning and implementing educational activities and events.
• Ensuring that the classroom is clean and orderly.
• Preparing and distributing periodic progress reports cards.
• Attending parent-teacher meetings.
• Evaluating and documenting students’ progress.
• Allocating and grading homework, assignments, and tests.
