Recently Delivered Phase-1 of STC L700 Antenna Swap Project
with around 1000 sites within a month by improvising the
integration process and leading the team from the front as one
of the shift leads.
Responsible For Remote Integration of 3G/LTE sites having
multiple scopes for various Indian and International Operators.
Experience of working on variety of Nodes like RBS 2000 Series
Node-B ( RBS2964, 2974, 2111), 3000 Series (
RBS3922, RBS3967), 6000 Series ( RBS6102, 6201, 6601, 6401
Pico) to DUW, DUS, DUL and Baseband BB5212/BB5216.
Supported in preparing multiple time saving macros and
mo/mos/xml scripts for batch execution in Carrier
Shutdown/3G Rehoming and Antenna Swap activities, thus
saving man hours and increasing overall Team Efficiency.
Responsible For creating/updating MOP for various activities

Responsible for close co-ornidation between Vendors and
Customer to execute the Rollout as per plan and deliver the
project on time.
Providing technical support to ASP teams during
installation/integration of new sites and Acceptance test.
Prepare the Project DPR and discuss with the customer to
resolve pending issues

Deployment and Integration of Ericsson RBS Onsite.
Co-ordination with ASP team during Installation/Integration.
Perform End-to-end integration, Transmission Test and
Acceptance test for handover of Ericsson 2G RBS.
