SALES OPERATIONS
- To convert major accounts to key accounts for companies benefit aiming to achieve the targeted market share and the forecasted sales.
- Aiming and monitoring the new projects, getting product approvals from consultants, site engineers and clients.
- Handling new contracts for major projects, submission of contracts/ tenders, negotiation and finalization of the contracts.
- Improving product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities; getting products specified and approved with consultants targeting the growth of market share and achieving company targets.
- Providing management with strategic information as reports and feedback by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information, data, market trends and competitor information.
- Development of market share via continuous business from contractors, traders and dealers.
- Regular submission of reports pertaining to our market share, new projects, prospects and competitor info.
- Presentations and meeting the various projects heads for technical and commercial discussions; submitting contracts/ quotes and negotiating and finalization.
- Payment collection via cash, cheques and LC.
MANUFACTURING
- Key responsibility was to ensure that the factory operations are carried out smoothly by co-ordinating between Sales Operations and Engg coordination so as to gel these activities to achieve the target set for Factory production every month.
- To ensure the smooth operation of the factory deliveries.
- Planning the quantities for the following Week, Month and Quarter for Production/supply falling in line to achieve yearly sales. Reporting to HOD with the planning/ forecasting reports.
- Meeting the Project Heads understanding the construction Programme. Ensuring deliveries to be in line to the construction programme.
- Area under purview is entire UAE. Specifically for key accounts and major projects.

3 Promotions in a span of 10 years at different roles and different territories.
2009 - Started as Business Development Executive - Ajman Territory
2011 - Promoted as Sr. Business Development Executive - Abu Dhabi, Al Ain
2016 - Promoted as Asst. Manager - Project for Dubai - Key Accounts.
2018 - Promoted as Asst. Manager Customer Relations - Cut and Bend Manufacturing unit.
In this span of 10 years worked at all territories throughout UAE, focusing mainly on both major territory of the company Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
Self-developed customer base which includes country’s largest business houses in construction.
Accounting company’s business in Ajman territory from average AED 2M to AED 11M in an operational span of one year.
Successfully handled major accounts and mega projects in Abu Dhabi/ Dubai territory. Projects like Expo Road, Mafraq Hospital, Louvre museum, Al Ain Hospital, Abu Dhabi Airport a few to mention.
Grabbed and executed multiple high valued single orders even to a value of US$ 3.0 M.
Grabbed and execute Export Orders - Saudi, Oman and Kuwait.
Identified and converted new customers to be company’s major account in a short period.
Generated and maintained ample number of dealers and small contractors for regular orders.
