➢ Analysis of Materials Data concerned in the manufacture of Rolls Royce Plc Aerospace Engines.
➢ Knowledge of the testing procedures applied in the testing of materials concerning tensile, fatigue, creep.

Title: "Assessment of Supplier's Data of 2 materials with respect to Rolls-Royce data for Trent IP900 engine bearings applying statistics."
Customer: Rolls Royce Plc, United Kingdom.
Synopsis: It gave a prediction whether the Supplier's Data is in required limits for the manufacture of bearings of Trent IP900 engine of Rolls-Royce.
Title: "Interpretation of Materials data and its detailed analysis so that the final analysed data be uploaded on GRANTA (Rolls-Royce based database) MI".
Customer: Rolls Royce Plc, United Kingdom.
Synopsis: It shall give a common platform where any data of any material used for an aircraft manufacture can be viewed at ease

Title: "Increase the Butt weight of consumed anode from 228kg to 236.5kg for electrolytic aluminium cell in BALCO".
Customer: Bharat Aluminium Company (BALCO)
Synopsis: It saves of around 22.5 lakhs rupees per year per section carbon consumption during electrolytic reduction process of production of Aluminium.
Title: "Prevent Alumina Leakage and saving pneumatic power in Room 1 of Pot room in BALCO".
