Technical and In-Process Responsibilities:
Launch new Internet Booking Engines(IBE) and Hotel Chains/Central Reservation Systems on Google Hotel Price Ads
Manage and configure the accounts for top tier partners
Working directly with clients/partners (primarily via email) and attend tech calls/video conferencing to address and resolve partner questions, concerns and issues.
Researching and problem solving in order to fix partner issues (UNIX/LINUX)
Push partner feeds in production and create Perforce changelists to update Google databse
Configure Partner Front End (tools) for the partners
Validate and process partner XML feeds
Identify bottlenecks that are impeding the partner launch and work with them to get them live
Quality check resolution emails sent to partners to gauge team performance
Also cross-trained and working on two different sub-processes (HLF and PAM) under same project
Logged 50+ bugs in the last few quarters to fix partner issues, identify process faults and make product improvements
Sales Responsibilities:
Understand and analyse partner performance reports to resolve sales/revenue issues
Explain bidding strategies to partner and help them with their conversion report analysis
Provide efficient support to partners for reaching out to target audience by improving their point of sale feed
Help partners to identify reasons for missed opportunities and dip in sales
