Responsible for extensive calendar management, travel, and accommodation arrangements for head of the departments coordinating in end-to-end travel needs, including booking all travel and hotels, directions, commuting time and ground transportation. Coordinating all meetings (within team, board meetings, & vendor meetings) including scheduling, reserving meeting/conference rooms / external venues acting as liaison between the leadership, functional heads, and external stakeholders. Documented reports, slides, proposals, onboarding decks and presentations as directed.
Handling ofice facilities administration. Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
Supported all the administrative duties making sure the conference and meeting is carried out smoothly Established financial management petty cash, tracking expenses, calendar planning, travel expense management, and managing ofice supplies.
