Service: Voice Services

Responsibilities:
•Maximizing voice and network performance by constant monitoring and routine check-up of voice services and network devices.
•Acknowledging and dealing with trouble tickets from international carrier partners, to solve and/or to raise tickets to the concerned partner to ensure appropriate resolution of the same for maximum fidelity.
•Perform troubleshoot on voice services and configure appropriate communication media modules.
•Daily Routine check-up of individual carrier performance, basing off of criteria such as ASR, ACD, PDD, NER etc.
•Coordinate, assist and aid in the installation and migration of various technology solutions within the network such as servers, switches, routers, TDM modules and connections etc.
•Collaborate with the team and customer and develop product integration strategies.
•Import A-Z destination rates from international carriers and perform rate comparison for each country, breakout-wise.
•Quality testing of voice calls by examining relative parameters such as Jitter, MOS value, Latency, Delay, Packet Loss etc.
•Basic understanding of networking and network devices.
