• Serve as Managing Consultant and Project Director in leading EY and client teams through all phases, scoping—requirements
gathering, design, development of products using Natural Language Processing (using Python), data lake / warehouse for busi
ness intelligence and web portal, scheduling and budgeting. Utilized my experience in contemporary project management prac
tices to re-align the clients milestones to allow for agile practices, product backlog development & prioritization and MVP dev.
• Liaised with government departments, aligning visions, driving execution at all levels - Director, Commissioner, Secretary.
• Developed the Detailed Project Plan DPP, Detailed Project Report DPR, RFP, etc. Served as bid manager, evaluated bid financial

• Led a matrix team of up to 10 people across geographies in project delivery for CITI Banks product UNITRAX.
