Main Projects Undertaken:

King Abdullah Financial District Conference Center, Riyadh.
Client/Contractor: Riyadh Investment Company/PERMASTEELISA GARTNER.
Planning and over-seeing the procurement, fabrication and installation of finished steel
structures, efficiency of factory and find solutions to improve the overall production rate.

Hazza bin Zayed Stadium, Al Ain.
Client: BAM International.
Prepare factory schedule, alter factory layout for easier fabrication, transportation and other
works, oversee the production line and improvise for better results in performance, installation of roof
steel structures.

Full Field Development of SHAH.
Client/Contractor: ADCO/Punj Lloyd.
Procurement and fabrication of steel structures for pipe supports and well heads for tie-inworks at
SHAH CDS.

Duties And Responsibilities:

• Plan and establish sequence of operations to roll-form, fabricate and assemble cold-formed steel
parts and to promote efficient labour, equipment and facility utilisation.
• Establishing work measurement programmes and analysing work samples to develop standards for labour utilisation.
• Review production schedules, engineering specifications, orders and related information to obtain knowledge of manufacturing methods, procedures and activities.
• Studying functional statements, organisational charts and project information to determine
functions and responsibilities of workers and work units.
• Prepare regular factory performance reports and input material acquisition sheets.
• Estimate production cost and effects of product design changes for management review.
• Evaluate precision and accuracy of production and testing equipment and engineering drawings to formulate corrective action plan.
• Confer with vendors, staff and management personnel regarding purchases, procedures, product
specifications, manufacturing capabilities and project status.
• Draft and design layout of equipment, materials and workspace to illustrate maximum efficiency,
using computer.
• Inspecting plant to ensure optimum performance is maintained.
• Directing and coordinating the maintenance of plant buildings and equipment and the requirements for new designs, surveys and maintenance schedules.
