i was incharge of the retina OPD, was seeing all the retina cases, managing them independently, doing lasers and diagnostic procedures for my patiensts, operating all the required cases, i was involved in teaching my supporting staff.
i was involved in teaching postgraduate students.

i was specialising in vitreoretina . i was seeing out patient with my consultants managing all the retina OPD patients discussing the management strategies, personally doing investigation and treatmnet in the form of medical, lasers and surgery with assistance from my senior surgeons.
i was involved in managing emergency eye care department, eye donations and camps.
i was involoved in research activities throughout my fellowship and has presented many papers and posters in state and national level conferences.
I was actively involved in teaching my junior colleagues and staff nurses.

I was working as junior consultant managing out patient department, cataracts independently and with assistance in complex cases, doing minor surgical procedures in all specialities .
I was incharge of postgraduate training programme and wsa taking classes daily for the junior paramedic staff..
I was involved in research activity with my senior colleagues and had attende various ophthalmic work shops and conferences.
