Manages daily administrative operations of a department including establishing work priorities; assists in resolving problems related to the day-to-day operations of the HR Team.
Oversees, coordinates, maintains, and/or processes payroll time sheets, sick and annual leave documents, travel reimbursements, purchasing documents, and/or employment documents for faculty, staff.
Preparing and presenting policy and procedures documents on behalf of the company.
Coordinate with the public relation officer of all the procedures that related to Social Security and wok labour.
Follow up the health insurance for all JV employees (Admin and labours).
Follow up with HR officers all procedures regarding contracts, settlements, disciplines.
Do the internal procedure and employees guide.
Prepare the orgainiztion chart and do the job descriptions for all JV employees.
Provide employee orientations.
Handle and manage payroll and compensation system.
Provide advice and assistance in developing Human Resource plans.
Schedule in-house and external training courses to meet identified skill needs.
Draft staff job descriptions and coordinate evaluation exercises.
Prepare regular personnel reports and updates for management review.
Process employee claims, loans, medical and leave requests subject to requisite approval.
Responsible for relevant administration.
Setup Office in Jordan branch.
Complete oversight of all aspects of Jordan office, sales, purchasing, marketing, accounting, administration etc..
Hiring, and training an adequate team
Responsible on all kinds Insurance and communications with insurance companies.
Preparation of time sheet and coordinate with the accountant to issue pay roll.
Recruitment and maintain personal files of all employees.
Reservations of tickets, hotels, restaurants and arrange all company events.
Insure to follow document control procedure of the company.
Receive all leave applications and update the data entry in the system accordingly.
Maintain good relations with equipment maintenance companies to ensure availability of equipment at all times and maintain supply of stationary accordingly.
Make sure that the evaluation of all staff is done on time by department managers to all employees.
Dealing with Media on behalf of the company.
Handling recruitment, placement and retention; attendance, disputes and complaints.
Scheduling and conducting job evaluations.
Handling the secretaries costume.
Ensure that the performance of each secretary is evaluated monthly.
Ensure that secretaries are compensated fairly according to their position and experience level.
Ensuring that there is appropriate 24 hour coverage by secretaries in the hospital.
Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all secretaries.
Prepares secretaries for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
Providing surveys on all medical issues for the section.
Maintains detailed records of all sectional technical projects, with periodical progress reports.
Proof reads clinical notes, correspondence, reports, forms, manuals, records and other materials taped, handwritten copied.
Organize & Provide technical MOM on medical issues to all meeting participants.
Coordinates with sectional staff in the consolidation of all interim reports into the final project document, ensuring that all reports are arranged in a logical order.
