• Managing four sections including Bakery, Ice cream, Dairy & Cheese and UHT. Utilized with more than 90 manpower.
• Track operational output measures (i.e. efficiency, yield loss, product quality, inventory accuracy, transactional accuracy), anticipating and correcting trends which would compromise achievement of financial targets
• Assess manufacturing processes and recommend improvements to increase productivity and reach the target KPI’s.
• Applied lean practices to balance workflow and eliminate unnecessary steps.
• Complete and submit monthly and yearly reports to support executive decision making.
• Conducted meetings to capture progress and streamline product improvement process.
• Liaise with marketing, sales, research and development department and engineering to develop new products initiatives and ideas and convey from idea to production scale and fine quality Finished Product to market.
• Perform regular production studies and root cause analysis to identify any quality and process problems.
• Communicate with other department to assure the smoothness of the manufacturing process.
• Evaluate recipe proposals to assess plans and identify ingredient issues or malfunction mixing issues.
• Create engineering documentation for manufacturing processes, equipment specifications and change notices as ISO documentation.
• Determine most effective approaches to new projects by reading and analysing flaw diagrams and sketches.
• Create proposals for equipment and instrument implementation to increase productivity and reduce maintenance expenses.
• Supervised entire production process and prepared proper documentation for dispatch.
• Responsible of 4 Lines UHT (Tetra Pak) producing Juices and Dairy products. Utilized with more than 40 manpower.
• Plan installation of equipment by coordinating timelines and project scopes.
• Train production team on following GMP and Hygiene practice.
• Conduct internal audit thorough inspections to assist QC and maintain food safety.
Design, develop and implement best quality practices and processes for product developments.
Maintain, monitor and ensure highest quality in services or products.
Develop and initiate quality standards for tests, inspections and evaluations.
Design and develop forms and instructions for evaluating, assessing, reporting and documenting on quality standards in products or services.
Troubleshoot and resolve problems relating to quality control aspects.
