• Supervise the provision of safe and appropriate services in the designated areas of RI protection program in Syria.
• Provide technical support for the staff to ensure quality of services provided and practice of high-quality protection programming in emergencies.
• Prepare work plans and provide timely update in case of deviation from work plans for quick adjustments.
• Assess work locations needs from logistic and program needs and support in addressing the identified needs including guidance on raising purchase requests.
• Travel to the work location to provide mentoring and guidance to field staff in direct.
• Support in the recruitment, management, and supervision of staff.
• Organize training programs (designing and developing training curriculums and training systems; and implementing training programs - including facilitation and stand-up training delivery.
• Provide capacity building in term of (Gender Equality, Gender mainstreaming, Case Management, GBV core of concepts, PSEA, safe referral, discloser, GBV tools and resources and other topics based on the capacity building needs assessment and plan.
• Support Northeast Syria GBV sub-Working group and WoS PSEA Network in delivering GBV and protection mainstreaming training.
