Al Jaber Building LLC -Abu Dhabi as a CAMP BOSS December 1993- Present



(Major Responsibility)

Responsible for entire camp work force, maintaining camp related documents and logs, purchasing of camp related materials furniture, grocery items etc, log entry of daily base camp activities. Allotment of rooms, camp maintenance, implementing safety rules and housekeeping.


(Other Responsibilities)

 Responsible for the clearance of sewage water from septic tanks and garbage disposals.
 Manage labor accommodation which involves cleaning, maintenance occupancy in the camp, safety & security. Ensure discipline in the camp.
 Report workers staying in the camp/not reporting to duty on daily basis to HR along with the valid reason on each case.
 Daily camp checking, camp total details, daily reports & monthly reports sent to HR department.
 Handle all Location of rooms for new coming workers. Keeping updated records of all labors staying in accommodation.

 Excellent organizational skills - personnel, transportation, maintenance, equipment, supplies, etc.
 The ability to effectively priorities tasks and manages multi-skilled teams.
 Accustomed to using experience and common sense when problem solving and decision-making.
